What should I return?

If you received a product in poor condition please contact us at 303-218-9625 or email us at contact@phytorite.com. Please have your invoice number and your name as used to process your order.

Do you guarantee results?

We have countless stories of great results and happy customers. We know our products work and guarantee our products for quality, however, we do not guarantee the efficacy of any products, nor do we give refunds just because they did not "work" for you. We are happy to have a discussion to find out the best plan of action so you can get the relief you want. 

How long will it take to process my refund?

After your return package is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed 1-2 business days later.
